You are starting from a false basis premise. Viruses are an invention by the pharmaceutical industries under the control of the Rockefeller medical monopoly. The Rockefellers themselves are simply stooges of the Rothschilds. So, there is no virus, there have never been a virus, and there will never be a virus in the future. This is all a smart scam to gain money and keep people under control. Contagion is also a myth.

There may be some truth to the theories presented in this book, but almost none of them can be verified or prooved.
Like the explanation why the contagion experiment for the spanish flu failed. As antibody tests were not available back then, there is a high probability that the volunteers just built antibodies prior to the experiment. As with covid today, if you have antibodies, the probability of you getting it again is very low, especially during the first months following the infection.
Also the stuff with 5G, the frequencies mentionned in the book are not the ones used in real life. There may of course be some relationship, but nobody can say for sure, especially that there are a lot of covid cases in countries where 5G is not deployed. The book was just written too early to properly address the situation of countries like Paraguay where the winter begins when our summer kicks off!
The only positive thing about the book is addressing proper nutrition as an essential part of good prevention.
